Can I change my delivery/pick up date?We kindly ask for at least 36 hours' notice for any changes to your delivery/pick up date. If you need to adjust your order, please message us on Instagram or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help you out!

How far in advance can I order?We ask for a minimum of 3 days' notice for orders and accept bookings up to 2 weeks in advance. If you have an urgent request, please reach out to us via Instagram or WhatsApp, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

How should I store the cake?For fresh cream chiffon cake, it has to be refrigerated under 4°C. For any leftover, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It's best to consume them within 2 to 3 days for optimal freshness. For cheesecake, please store the cake in the fridge under 4°C before consumption. If you have any leftover, place them in a covered container or wrap it tightly with plastic wrap to protect it from moisture and odours. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days for best consumption.

How do I transport the cake?Please ensure that the cake is level at all times during travel. Keep your car AC on and avoid placing your cake in a spot with direct sunlight. We suggest to put the cake on the floor of the front passenger seat. As we use fresh animal cream for the chiffon cake, it's sensitive to temperature and movement. To keep the cream from melting, we recommend bringing a cooler bag with an ice pack if your transport time is longer than 30 minutes.

Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?At this point, we are unable to accommodate any special dietary requirements. We are exploring options to include dietary-friendly products and will update our customers when these options become available. Please stay tuned to our updates for any changes!

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
